Doctor Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026 | DocSite — A product of ChainX Tech Labs
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on DocSite as a Doctor ("You", "Doctor"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChainX Tech Labs ("Company", "We", "Us").
2. Eligibility — Registered Medical Practitioners Only
This platform is meant to be used only by Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) in India, who hold a valid, active registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Councils.
Only RMPs with MBBS or postgraduate medical degrees, or authorized AYUSH practitioners, are permitted to use this platform. You must provide your valid NMC or State Medical Council Registration Number on your profile.
Accounts found providing incorrect, fabricated, or expired Registration IDs will be terminated without notice. DocSite reserves the right to verify registration details at any time and take appropriate action, including permanent account suspension, if credentials are found to be invalid.
Misrepresentation of medical credentials is a violation of these Terms, the Indian Medical Council Act, and applicable law. DocSite may report such violations to the relevant medical council or law enforcement authorities.
3. Self-Reported Content & Liability
All content on your DocSite profile — including qualifications, experience, procedures, descriptions, and claims — is self-reported by you. DocSite does not independently verify any doctor-provided information.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of all content you publish on the platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChainX Tech Labs from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your content.
4. Patient Interactions
DocSite facilitates appointment scheduling between you and patients. The doctor-patient relationship is solely between you and the patient. ChainX Tech Labs is not a party to any medical consultation, treatment, or advice provided through or facilitated by the platform.
You agree to comply with all applicable medical ethics, regulations, and laws in your jurisdiction when interacting with patients through DocSite.
5. Data Ownership & Privacy
You retain ownership of all content you upload to DocSite. By using the platform, you grant ChainX Tech Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content for the purpose of operating the platform.
Patient data collected through appointments is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to handle patient data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including DPDP Act 2023 in India, GDPR where applicable).
Premium doctors may export their data in encrypted format. You are responsible for the physical security of any exported data.
6. Subscription & Payments
DocSite offers a "Gold" tier (free for the first 200 doctors who join the platform, ranked by signup order, and Rs. 99/month thereafter), a "Coffee Premium" tier (Rs. 299/month or Rs. 2,999/year), and a "TurboCharge" tier (Rs. 999/month or Rs. 9,999/year). Pricing displayed at the time of your registration is the pricing applicable to your account, subject to the continuity provisions in § 6A below.
Subscriptions are billed from the activation date + 30 days (monthly) or + 365 days (annual). A 2-day grace period applies after expiry, after which paid features are locked and your account reverts to the Gold tier. Your website and data remain intact.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6A. Free Plan Continuity, Voluntary Exit & Data Portability
6A.1 Continuity of the free plan. If, at the time of your registration, you are enrolled on a free plan (whether the present "Gold Free Pool" of the first 200 doctors, or any future free tier in effect at the time of your registration), that free plan shall remain available to you for as long as DocSite continues to operate a corresponding free plan on the platform — subject only to (a) any change required by Indian law or any competent authority, and (b) DocSite's right to materially modify or discontinue the free plan in accordance with § 6A.4 below.
6A.2 Voluntary upgrade or exit. You may, at any time and entirely at your own discretion, (a) upgrade to any paid tier then offered, or (b) discontinue your use of the platform and exit your account. Exit shall not require any justification and shall not be conditional on any payment.
6A.3 Ownership and portability of your professional record. On exit (or at any other time), you retain ownership of all professional content you have authored on DocSite — including your case studies, articles, procedure descriptions, public profile content, and audit-logged publishing record — and of all patient-identifying data legitimately collected through your use of the platform, in your capacity as a treating doctor. DocSite shall, on a written request submitted via the in-app data export tool or to contact@docsite.care, provide a portable export of such content and data in a standard machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) at no charge, within thirty (30) days of the request, in a manner consistent with the rights of "Right to Access" and "Right to Correction and Erasure" under § 11 and § 12 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
6A.4 Material change notice. In the event DocSite must materially modify or discontinue a free plan, you will be notified by email at the address registered on your account at least sixty (60) days in advance. During the notice window, your free plan shall continue unchanged. You shall remain free to either accept the modified plan, upgrade to a paid plan, or exit the platform with full data export under § 6A.3 — at no additional cost.
6A.5 Acceptance. By creating an account on DocSite, or by continuing to use the platform after the most recent revision of these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions set out in § 6A. This clause forms a binding part of the agreement between you and DocSite under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and is governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai.
7. Clinical Feedback & Ratings
DocSite collects clinical feedback from patients. Ratings are generated based on clinical quality metrics, not vanity scores. You agree not to solicit, manipulate, or falsify patient feedback. DocSite reserves the right to remove or flag suspicious feedback.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information; (b) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; (d) harass, abuse, or harm patients or other users; (e) scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform.
9. Termination
ChainX Tech Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your public website will be taken offline, but data may be retained as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
DocSite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ChainX Tech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
