Digital Health Files and Digital Prescriptions can now only be issued on the same calendar day as the visit — stops the "patient scans QR, goes home, asks 3 days later" abuse loop.
A three-part launch: (1) Auto-Prescriptions issued the moment a Digital Health File is sealed. (2) Smart Medicine Composer with AI molecule/schedule lookup, per-doctor memory and auto-quantity.
